Mrs Sharpe is a committed and practicing Catholic with extensive leadership experience across two local schools. With a strong background in safeguarding, pastoral care, and whole-school improvement, she is dedicated to ensuring that every pupil feels safe, supported, and able to thrive.
As Principal of Trinity Catholic School, Mrs Sharpe leads with a clear focus on academic ambition, high standards, and the Catholic life of the school. A collaborative and optimistic leader, she is passionate about building strong relationships with pupils, staff, families, and the wider community to create an environment where all can flourish.
Prior to joining Trinity, Mrs Sharpe held senior leadership roles with responsibility for behaviour, safeguarding, and staff development. Alongside this experience, she has completed an MA in Catholic School Leadership and the Aspiring Headteachers’ programme, further strengthening her vision and skills to lead Trinity on its journey of improvement.
